Privacy policy

Information you provide: we collect your email, display name, country or region, declared age, survey language and consent choices to maintain your account and match surveys. You may also choose to provide survey-profile details such as date of birth, gender, postal or ZIP code, education and employment. We record survey sessions, provider confirmations, confirmed or pending rewards, withdrawals and support requests. If you add a payout destination, we encrypt it in our database and show only a masked version in the app. We do not ask for banking passwords or card numbers.

Country and connection information: you must choose the country where you actually live. Our servers receive connection information such as an IP address and user agent. We may compare account country with network or device signals for matching, abuse prevention and provider eligibility. Survey partners may independently use the real connection IP or other network information to determine survey availability or investigate fraud. Sprig does not collect precise GPS location, contacts or advertising identifiers in the current app.

Survey partner data sharing: CPX Research is an enabled survey partner. For CPX matching, Sprig may send a pseudonymous account identifier, your declared country, real connection IP, user agent and, when you have provided them, supported qualifying fields such as date of birth, postal or ZIP code and male or female gender. If you choose non-binary or prefer not to say, Sprig does not translate that choice into a male or female value for CPX. Education and employment currently remain in Sprig unless a documented provider integration is added and the disclosure is updated. CPX may process survey answers, additional qualification answers and device or network information under its own privacy notice. Answers entered directly on a partner survey are not stored by Sprig.

Provider confirmations and rewards: survey partners send Sprig transaction identifiers, completion, screen-out, quota, pending, rejection or reversal events and payout amounts needed to reconcile rewards. Sprig stores the minimum event and ledger information needed to prevent duplicate credits, resolve disputes, calculate balances, investigate abuse and account for reversals. Starting or completing a survey does not by itself prove eligibility for a reward; the provider confirmation controls the reward state.

Service providers and international processing: Supabase supplies account authentication and the database, and Railway hosts the application servers. These services process information needed to operate and secure the app. Our current database is hosted in the United States, so information from users in other supported countries may be processed or stored outside their home country. If notifications are enabled and you opt in, Expo and the relevant Apple or Google notification service process a notification token and notification content. A payout service receives the destination and payment details needed to deliver an actual payment when that method is used.

Security and fraud prevention: the application records keyed network hashes, request counts, transaction identifiers, provider callback records, account-status signals and duplicate payout-destination signals to investigate abuse. Reliable mismatches or suspicious activity may be reviewed, but one weak signal alone does not automatically prove fraud. Access to account and financial records is restricted to authorized operations staff.

Use and disclosure: we use profile and demographic information for account operation, survey matching, provider integration, reward reconciliation, support, security and compliance. We do not sell profile information or use it for unrelated advertising. We may disclose necessary records to fulfill your request, operate the selected provider or payout integration, investigate misuse, protect legitimate rights or comply with a valid legal requirement. Material changes to data use or partners require updated notice and consent where required.

Retention: account and optional demographic information is kept while you use the service and while necessary to resolve a deletion request or outstanding activity. Routine application network-risk observations are removed after 30 days. On completed account deletion we remove the login identity, clear unnecessary profile and demographic information, clear payout destinations and remove notification registrations. Limited pseudonymous transaction, reversal, withdrawal, consent, audit and fraud-case records may remain when needed for settlement, disputes, fraud prevention, accounting or legal obligations. A pseudonymous identifier is not a promise of complete anonymity.

Your choices: you can skip a survey, leave a partner survey at any time, turn off notifications, leave optional demographic fields blank or clear them, request corrections or access to your platform data, withdraw matching consent, and request account deletion. Contact karlcontacthere@gmail.com from your registered email for assistance, an explanation of retained data or an appeal. We may verify account ownership, but will never ask for your password. Partner-held survey data is governed by that partner's notice; we can help identify the relevant partner. Rights available under applicable law are not waived by these policies.

The service is intended only for adults who meet the minimum age shown during registration, which is never below 18, and who are located in a country or region currently supported by the app and its active survey or payout providers. Availability differs by country and can change. We do not knowingly offer this app to children. Contact support if you believe a child has supplied personal information.

Use one truthful account and provide your actual country, age and survey-profile information. Keep your credentials secure. Survey availability, matching, qualification and payout options vary by country and provider; neither starting a survey nor completing your profile guarantees a survey, reward or particular income.

Do not use bots, false identities, automated answers, VPNs or other location manipulation to misrepresent eligibility, or another person's payout account. Do not rush surveys or knowingly submit false information. Reliable security concerns may lead to account review or suspension. One weak signal alone does not justify an automatic ban, and you can ask support for a review of an account decision.

You are never required to pay an entry fee or buy a product to complete a survey in this app. Rewards compensate accepted research participation. The app does not offer wagering, lotteries, random cash prizes or interest on balances.

Each partner controls its survey and may screen you out, close a quota, reject an invalid completion or reverse a prior reward under its disclosed terms. Providers may also restrict surveys based on country, network location, demographics, device or prior participation. You may leave any survey. Closing a browser, returning to the app or seeing a success redirect does not establish a verified completion.

For a missing reward, disputed reversal, account review or payment problem, contact karlcontacthere@gmail.com with your account reference and relevant session or transaction reference. Do not send survey answers or passwords. The operator reviews available provider and ledger records and explains the outcome. These terms do not remove rights or remedies that applicable law requires.

You may request account closure without silently forfeiting earned funds. Outstanding accepted rewards and withdrawals must be reconciled. Material changes to participation, privacy or provider data sharing will be disclosed before they apply; consent will be requested again where required. Demonstration builds and simulated balances are clearly labeled and have no cash value.

Reward policy

The amount shown is your estimated reward for an accepted completion. You see your own reward only. Starting a session locks the reward calculation used for that session. Changes to the general reward rate apply to new sessions.

Rewards are recorded only after a trusted provider confirmation. Pending rewards remain separate and cannot be withdrawn. A screen-out or full quota normally earns no reward unless the selected partner's approved integration explicitly states otherwise. Duplicate confirmations never create an additional reward.

A partner can reject or reverse an invalid completion, including after an earlier confirmation. The original reward remains in your transaction history and a separate reversal appears. A reversal after withdrawal can leave a negative available balance and trigger account review. It does not automatically charge your payout account. Contact support if you disagree with a reward decision.

Sprig currently records rewards in US dollars and whole cents even when a user is in another supported country. Rewards are rounded to the nearest cent, with half a cent rounded upward. A payout provider may apply its own exchange rate or currency-conversion terms. There is no promise of a particular number of surveys or amount of income. Empty inventory means no matching surveys are currently available for your profile and connection.

Withdrawal policy

Wallet shows the current minimum and available payout methods before you request a cash-out. Only available funds can be requested. Pending rewards are excluded. A request reserves its amount during review so the same funds cannot be withdrawn twice. Payout methods can differ by country and may change as integrations are added or removed.

Use a payout account you own and check its details carefully. Requests may require ownership verification or investigation of security flags. Never send a password to support. Availability depends on your country, the operator's enabled payout methods and the payout service's requirements.

Payments are fulfilled manually in this MVP unless the app explicitly says an automated payout integration is active. Pending means awaiting review; Approved means review is complete and payment still needs to be sent. Paid means an actual external payment reference has been recorded. Approval alone does not transfer money. PayPal is the currently implemented payout method; gift cards, bank transfers or other methods are not available unless they are explicitly shown in the app.

Our service target is to review a complete withdrawal request within 7 business days and send an approved payment within a further 7 business days. Provider validation, required verification, payout-service availability or a dispute may take longer; support will explain a delay. Do not count pending funds as immediately spendable money.

Sprig does not deduct an additional platform withdrawal fee. Your payout service may apply its own disclosed charges or currency-conversion terms. You are responsible for any applicable taxes; the operator will request legally required tax or identity information only through an appropriate secure process if one becomes necessary.

A rejected request releases its reservation back into available funds and includes a reason. Correct the destination or contact support before retrying. If an actual payment is disputed or returned, support reconciles it with the external payment record instead of silently changing wallet history.

Account deletion

Request deletion from Profile → Delete Account, from the public account-deletion webpage, or by emailing karlcontacthere@gmail.com from the registered address if you cannot sign in. Use the subject "Sprig account deletion" and include your account reference if available. Never include your password.

Submitting a request stops participation, logs you out of the app, removes notification registrations and opens a deletion request. This is the beginning of deletion, not a claim that every record has already been erased.

The operator verifies ownership and reconciles outstanding surveys, rewards and withdrawals, then removes the login identity, unnecessary personal profile and demographic information, and stored payout destinations. Earned balances are not silently forfeited. If settlement or a legal requirement delays part of the request, support explains what is retained and why.

Our service target is to acknowledge a complete deletion request within 7 days and aim to complete it within 30 days. If lawful verification or outstanding activity requires more time, we provide an update and retain only what is necessary for that purpose.

Limited financial, audit and fraud-prevention records may remain for the purposes described in the privacy policy. Contact support for the categories and reasons applying to your request. Data submitted directly to CPX Research or another survey partner may also require a request under that partner's deletion process. Keep your request reference for follow-up.
